Our experienced staff is more than happy to fulfill any special decorating requests you have for your plastic vials, but there are some guidelines you should know about, should you choose to have your plastic vials decorated before we ship them to you.
There are many ways to beautify a plastic vial, including hot stamping, labeling and custom art (supplied by you). With these customization options, you’ll have a number of decisions to make regarding the look and feel of your finished product. Some of those factors include:
Label material. You’ll have the option to choose from various materials for label printing, including films, papers, foils and thermals – each of which boast a unique look, style and texture.
Adhesives. Select either permanent, removable or repositionable adhesives for your plastic vial labels.
Color printing type. Our color printing process varies, based on your logo or printing design. We use our 4 color process, spot colors, or a combination of both.
Finish coating. Our finish coatings protect the labeling of plastic vials from damage due to handling, shipping and the elements. You can choose not to have a finish coating for your plastic vials, but we recommend either the UV varnish or clear lamination.
